I love sharing my passion for photography in my portfolio and in my blog. Like meditation, photography requires present moment awareness, focus and patience.

Our happiness is directly linked to our health and wellbeing. It is as important to train our mind as it is to train our body.

I will design a program for you to enhance your health from the inside out, manage stress, and learn to make nourishing choices in order to live your life with vitality and purpose.


Travel brings a change of pace in our life and a sense of perspective. Experience the most fascinating places on earth and join me this fall on two special trips; a trek in Nepal, which will help support Nepal’s reconstruction after last year devastating earthquake, and a tour in Bhutan, the land of happiness.
