PILATES, YOGA AND PERSONAL TRAINING

 

Health has become a top priority these days. How can we enhance our immune system? Can we also become stronger and more flexible in order to better enjoy our favorite activities? By restoring natural movement and following the thousand-year-old rules of nature, based on Ayurveda. In my training, I integrate strength, flexibility, balance, breathing, coordination and vision training for a well-balanced body and mind. I have trained clients from 8 to 85 years old for over 30 years and I can tell you, exercise is not just for the body.

 

NOW OFFERING VIRTUAL CLASSES. MONDAYS and FRIDAYS at 9am MST.  $12/class.

A blend of yoga, Pilates and eastern wisdom. Every session is recorded and available for two days.

WHERE TO TRAIN:

At your home where we will integrate some yoga, Pilates floor work, band, ball exercises, TRX system. 

-Hiking and snowshoeing: Walking has been proven to be one of the most beneficial exercises for body and mind.
