  Exercise is an important part of health in Ayurveda. Integrate strength, flexibility, balance, breathing, coordination and vision training for a well-balanced body and mind.

 

Where to Train

At your home where we will integrate some Pilates floor work, band, ball exercises, TRX system, yoga and weight training if you have some equipment. Or in nature.

-Hiking and snowshoeing: Walking is proven to be one of the most beneficial exercise for body and mind.
