In Wisdom

Three weeks ago, I arrived in Bozeman, Montana, where I am spending the winter and maybe more…I am taking a break from Aspen, looking back on what worked and what did not, studying yoga, connecting with new people and preparing a new start.

In our western world, the preparation of the Holidays often sees us feeling rushed and going down the to-do list…However, the darker days of the winter are an opportunity to slow down and reflect on where we are in the different aspects of our life.

As we just passed the winter solstice, days will start being a little longer and brighter. Out of the darkness will come a new light. Out of letting go of what doesn’t serve us will come a new world of possibilities.

“Keep shining. The world needs your light.”

Wishing you a happy and peaceful Holidays Season.
