THE MAGIC OF SNOW

 In Nature

Snow has a magical power of transforming the landscape, erasing some patterns and creating new shapes.

Yesterday, I walked into South Cottonwood Canyon, near Bozeman, as it was snowing heavily. I was in a dense forest of evergreens and snow emphasized a sense of silence and quietness that set me into a meditative state. When our senses quiet down, we can hear more, feel more, see more of the subtleness of nature. Nature’s message does not have words but it speaks to us in a message of awe, rejuvenation and deep connection. We become fully present, which transforms our interior landscape the same way snow puts its magical touch on nature.

WISHING YOU MANY MOMENTS IN NATURE IN THIS NEW YEAR!
