IMMERSING MYSELF IN ASHCROFT NATURE

Ashcroft is the first place I discovered when I first visited Aspen about 27 years ago! This small nordic skiing area offered both wide views and intimate landscapes. This Saturday, as I follow trails along the river and through the trees, I immersed myself into nature, feeling the deep connection with its elements: space, wind, sun, water and earth. I paused with owe admiring nature’s beauty and even hugged a few trees. Yes I mean it, a real hug with some of these beautiful Aspen trees can really help us reconnecting with the earth element in a place where walking barefoot is not an option yet…
