In Meditation

After a long winter, spring is almost here. Time to lighten up at every levels. We generally associate spring cleaning with clearing up the clutter in our home. But it is also time to look at the clutter in our mind and body, lighten up our food, let go off mental and emotional burdens. Meditation is the perfect tool to create spaciousness in our mind and reconnect with a sense of ease in our life.
