SEEING HEARTS IN NATURE IN ASPEN AND NEPAL

 In Photography

Seeing heart shapes in nature always makes me smile and feel joy. Nature is an expression of Love and a place where we connect deeply with who we are.

As Gary Snyder would say: “Nature is not a place to visit, it is home.”

Getting up early and waiting for the sunrise during my last trek in Nepal,  I found this heart shape pond.  This moment was a true feeling of interconnectedness with the entire world. Love is everywhere, just look for it and give it.

I remember that spot so well, but you captured something that I missed entirely. You have such a good eye for seeing beauty! Thanks for sending us all some of your ‘heart’ on Valentine’s Day!
