In Nepal

I will arrive in Katmandu next Wednesday, October 25, three days ahead of my trekking group.

It will give me time to visit my yogi students from last year.

The nuns at Keydong Monastery are doing well, as I know through The American Himalayan Foundation.  Here is a memory from last year:

The elderly Tibetan refugees have been able to enjoy their new home since early summer. Their house was badly damaged by the 2105 earthquake and had to be torn down.
