Meet Catherine

Sharing the beauty of our world with photography and taking people to places I love have always been passions of mine. This pandemic is forcing me to stop traveling and inviting me to reflect deeply on the meaning of my life. What are my priorities? What do I need? How can I serve others better?  Being able to go out in nature, I explore locally around Big Sky, Montana, and share photographs. I believe that feeding our sense of awe and gratitude is more than ever essential. 

Taking care of ourselves physically, mentally and emotionally NOW is a priority. When we cultivate calm and a healthy lifestyle, we gain clarity and prepare our future. I invite you to join my yoga/Pilates class, which is gentle and open to all levels.

Our health and well-being is linked to the choices we make daily. It is as important to  train our mind as it is to train our body.

I will design a program with you, so you learn to manage stress and regain your balance.  Once you understand the laws of nature, you will easily follow an Ayurvedic lifestyle and make nourishing choices. They will support you in living a life full of vitality and purpose.

Travel

Travel is a transformative experience. Make time for an adventure. Open your eyes and heart to a different culture; walk and enjoy a healthy lifestyle; rejuvenate yourself physically, mentally and spiritually; make friends and have fun!

Join me this fall walking a French way of Compostelle and in 2019 back to the Himalayas in Nepal, Bhutan and Sikkim.
