Meet Catherine
I am a photographer, trip leader and coach. Nature inspires all my work. Our modern world has taken Nature for granted and our entire planet is now suffering from ecological imbalances. This pandemic is forcing us to stop and reflect deeper on our values and our relationship with the world. Nature is where we come from. Can we feel wonder, gratitude and compassion again? Along with modern science, we need to bring back ancient wisdom in our life, and apply the laws of Nature to our daily choices, so we can enhance our health and act towards saving the planet for ourselves and future generations.
Taking care of ourselves physically, mentally and emotionally NOW is a priority. When we cultivate calm and a healthy lifestyle, we gain clarity and prepare our future. I invite you to join my virtual Yoga/Pilates class, which is gentle and open to all levels.

When it will be safe to travel, I will offer trips again. I believe travel is an important part of healing the planet. Intercultural exchanges are so invaluable both at a personal and global level.

Our health and well-being is linked to the choices we make daily. It is as important to train our mind as it is to train our body.
I will design a program with you, so you learn to manage stress and regain your balance. Once you understand the laws of nature, you will easily follow an Ayurvedic lifestyle and make nourishing choices. They will support you in living a life full of vitality and purpose.
Travel
Travel is a transformative experience. Make time for an adventure. Open your eyes and heart to a different culture; walk and enjoy a healthy lifestyle; rejuvenate yourself physically, mentally and spiritually; make friends and have fun!
Join me this fall walking a French way of Compostelle and in 2019 back to the Himalayas in Nepal, Bhutan and Sikkim.
